Government & Exam Form Photo and Signature Resize

Pick your exam or document below. Each tool crops, resizes and compresses your photo and signature to the size that form usually asks for - and you can always enter custom numbers.

One place for every form photo

Indian exam and government portals reject uploads that are the wrong pixel size or over the KB limit, and each one asks for something slightly different. These pages bring the common specs together: choose your form, upload your photo, crop it, and download a file sized and compressed to match. A signature preset is included wherever the form needs one.

Pixel size and KB limit both matter

Every form states two things: the exact width and height in pixels, and a maximum file size in KB. A photo that is the right pixels but too large in KB is still rejected, and the other way round. These tools hit both in one pass - crop to the exact pixels, then step the quality down until the file is under the limit. For a signature, sign in dark ink on white paper and crop tightly before resizing.

Always confirm your own notice

The sizes shown are the ones commonly published for each form, but exam boards and government portals change their specs between years and notifications. Treat every preset as a strong starting point, check the exact numbers in your official notice or on the upload screen, and use the Custom option if your form states different values.

Questions & Answers

Are these the official sizes?
They are the sizes commonly published for each form, not an official guarantee. Specs change yearly, so confirm against your exam notice or the upload screen and use Custom if yours differ.
Does it resize the signature too?
Yes. Where a form needs a signature, its page includes a signature preset with the usual pixel size and KB limit.
Is it free and private?
Yes, free with no sign-up. Your photo is processed to make the output and then deleted from the server.
