Which tool do I need?
- File too large to email or upload? Compress PDF, or pick an exact target such as 1 MB or 200 KB.
- Change what the PDF says? Edit PDF lets you change existing text and add text, images and shapes.
- Sign it? Sign PDF - draw, type or upload your signature.
- Several files into one, or one into several? Merge PDF and Split PDF.
- Pages in the wrong order or sideways? Reorder, Rotate or Crop.
- A scan you can't search or copy from? OCR PDF makes the text selectable.

Doing several things to one file?
Order matters. Unlock a protected PDF first, then edit, sign or rearrange it, merge it with other files, and compress last - compressing at the end gives the smallest final file and avoids compressing twice.
Works on any device
Everything runs in the browser, so the tools work the same on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iPhone - there is nothing to install and no app to download. On a phone, open the file from your Files app, email or WhatsApp downloads, and save the result straight back. Files up to 50 MB are accepted; for anything larger, split the PDF first and process the parts.
Privacy
Files are sent over an encrypted connection and deleted automatically about an hour after processing. Edit PDF works entirely in your browser, so your document never leaves your device.
