Why convert PowerPoint to PDF?

Presentation files depend on the fonts, transitions and even the version of PowerPoint installed on the viewer's machine, so a deck can look subtly - or wildly - different when someone else opens it. A PDF freezes each slide exactly as you designed it, making it easy to email, print as handouts, or attach to a proposal.

This tool renders your slides on our server and hands back a PDF with one page per slide, with no software to install and nothing lost in translation.

Questions & Answers

What happens to animations and transitions?
Each slide becomes one static PDF page, so animations and slide transitions aren't preserved - the PDF shows the final state of each slide.
Does this work with both .ppt and .pptx files?
Yes, both the older .ppt format and the modern .pptx format are supported.
Are speaker notes included in the PDF?
No, the PDF contains the slide content only, matching what your audience sees on screen.
Will my original presentation be changed?
No. We only read your file to produce a PDF copy - your original .ppt or .pptx is left untouched and is deleted from our server shortly after conversion.
