Add a Watermark to PDF

Add a text or logo watermark to every page of your PDF - control the opacity, rotation, colour and position, then download the stamped copy.

How it works

1

Upload the PDF you want to watermark.

2

Enter watermark text and/or upload a logo image, and adjust the options.

3

Download your watermarked PDF.

Why add a watermark?

A watermark is a quick way to mark a document as a draft, confidential, or as the property of your business before you share it further than you'd like it to travel. A diagonal "CONFIDENTIAL" or "DRAFT" stamp, or a faint logo repeated on every page, discourages a document from being passed off as final or as someone else's work, without getting in the way of reading it.

Text or logo, your choice

Use plain text for the classic diagonal stamp look, or upload your company logo to brand every page instead. You can also combine both. Everything is processed on our server and the files are removed automatically afterward - we don't keep copies of your documents.

Questions & Answers

Can I add both a text and a logo watermark at once?
Yes. Fill in the watermark text and upload a logo image, and both will be applied to every page.
Will the watermark cover up my document's content?
The opacity is low by default (30%) so the underlying text and images stay readable. You can lower it further, or raise it if you want the watermark to stand out more.
Does the watermark get added to every page?
Yes, the watermark is stamped on every page of the PDF, using the same text/logo, position and styling throughout.
Is my file kept after processing?
No. Both the uploaded PDF and the watermarked copy are removed from our server automatically after a short period.
