Save any webpage as an image

A screenshot tool built into your computer only captures what fits on the screen. This tool loads the page on our server in a real browser and saves the entire page - from the header to the footer - as a single PNG or JPG image, so you can share a design, keep a record of how a page looked, or attach it to a report.

Desktop or mobile view

Choose Desktop to capture the page as it looks on a laptop screen, or Mobile to see it the way a phone visitor would - handy for checking a responsive layout or showing a client both versions.

PNG or JPG?

PNG keeps text and sharp edges crisp and is the best choice for most pages. JPG makes a smaller file, which is useful for very long pages or when you need to email the image.

Questions & Answers

Can I capture a page that needs a login?
No. The page is loaded by our server, which is not signed in to your accounts, so it sees the same public version as any other visitor. For private pages, use your browser's own screenshot feature.
Why does my screenshot look different from what I see?
Some sites show cookie banners, pop-ups or region-specific content to new visitors, and some load content only after you scroll or click. The screenshot shows the page as a first-time visitor sees it after it finishes loading.
Is there a size limit?
Very long pages are cut off at 12,000 pixels tall to keep the image usable. That covers the vast majority of websites.
Do you keep the screenshots?
No. Screenshots are stored only long enough for you to download them and are deleted automatically shortly afterwards.
