From iPhone photos to one PDF
Photographing a document with an iPhone is quick, but the result is a set of HEIC files that many computers, portals and email recipients cannot open. This tool converts each HEIC photo and places it on its own PDF page, in the order you selected them, so you end up with one standard PDF that opens everywhere.
When this is useful
- Paperwork - contracts, application forms, bank statements and letters photographed page by page.
- Receipts and expenses - send a whole trip's receipts to your finance team as one attachment.
- School and university - hand in handwritten homework or notes as a single PDF.
- ID and certificates - many online forms accept documents only as PDF.
Choosing a page size
A4 and Letter give you a document that prints on normal paper, with each photo fitted to the page without cropping. Choose "Same as photo" if the PDF will only be viewed on screen and you want each page to match the photo's shape exactly. Phone photos are large, so "Same as photo" makes very big pages; A4 is usually the better default.
Tips for photographed documents
Shoot in good daylight, hold the phone straight above the page, and fill the frame with the document. A sharp, evenly lit photo makes a much more readable PDF. If the finished PDF is too large to upload, shrink it with the PDF Compressor.
Privacy
Your photos are converted on our server, used only to build the PDF, and deleted as soon as it is ready.
