Why convert PNG to PDF?
PNG is the usual format for screenshots, diagrams, logos and scanned forms, because it keeps sharp edges and text perfectly. But a folder of PNG files is awkward to share, and many forms and offices only accept PDF. This converter puts each PNG on its own page and joins them into a single PDF that anyone can open, print or attach.
Good uses for PNG to PDF
- Screenshots - turn a series of app or website screenshots into one document for a bug report, tutorial or record.
- Scanned forms - many scanner apps save pages as PNG; combine them into a single multi-page PDF.
- Charts and slides - collect exported diagrams into one handout.
- Receipts and invoices - keep a month of PNG receipts in one PDF for your accountant.
Quality stays sharp
PNG is a lossless format, and the PDF keeps it that way: text in screenshots stays crisp, and thin lines in diagrams do not blur. Transparent areas are shown on a white page. Because nothing is re-compressed, a PDF of many large screenshots can be big; if you need a smaller file, use the PDF Compressor afterwards.
Page size
Choose A4 or Letter for a document that prints well. Choose "Same as image" for screenshots you only want to view on screen, so every page matches the screenshot exactly with no white margins.
Private and free
There is no account and no watermark. Uploaded files are used only to build your PDF and are deleted automatically.
