One converter for every photo format
Photos arrive in many formats: HEIC from iPhones, WebP saved from websites, PNG screenshots, AVIF from newer apps, TIFF from scanners, GIF from chats. Many upload forms, printers and older programs accept only JPG. Instead of finding a separate converter for each format, choose your files here and every one of them is changed into a standard JPG, ready to upload, print or share.
Formats you can convert
- HEIC / HEIF - iPhone and iPad photos.
- PNG - screenshots, graphics and photos saved without compression.
- WebP and AVIF - modern web formats that many apps still cannot open.
- GIF - the first frame of an animation is saved as a still JPG.
- TIFF - large scans from flatbed scanners and some cameras.
- SVG - logos and icons, turned into a regular picture.
High quality or smaller file?
"High" keeps the photo looking the same as the original and is best for printing and editing. "Smaller file" makes a noticeably lighter JPG that still looks good on screen - useful for email, chat and upload forms. If the form gives an exact limit such as 50 KB or 100 KB, convert here first and then use the photo compressor to hit that number.
What changes in the conversion
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas (common in PNG logos) become white. Photos are turned the right way up using your phone's rotation information. Width and height stay the same as the original.
